Threaded & Chambered Barrels

Our barrels are made from Douglas XX Air-Gauged blanks, fully chambered and threaded for Savage rifles.  The bulk of our blanks are the same contour as factory varmint models, but we do keep select cylindrical/non-tapered blanks on hand to fit the needs of the benchrest shooter and LRPV owner.  Customer can choose between a polished (240 grit) or bead blasted matte finish, and specify the overall length of the barrel (up to 27"). 

Additional Notes:

  1. We will also finish blanks from other manufacturers if provided by the customer (we will not order it for you). 

  2. We will also chamber for cartridges not listed below if the customer supplies the reamer.

  3. Standard delivery time for barrels is 6-8 weeks.

  4. Barrels longer than 27" are special order blanks and are $30 extra.
