Low Profile Benchrest (LPBR)

Fred has redesigned his "Long Range Benchrest" stock to be more ergonomically user friendly with better balance and sight line resulting in the new Low Profile Benchrest.  The new LPBR stock is a great foundation for that long range varmint rifle or for competition benchrest matches.  It features a 1/2" wide toe for optimal tracking in the rear bag as well as a 3" wide x 12" long forend.  The LPBR stock weighs approximately 4 lbs.  A 1/2" recoil pad is standard.

Dog Tracker

The Dog Tracker stock was specifically designed for long range benchrest & F-class shooting with fast twist barrels.  The low-profile design incorporates a 3/4" offset forearm to counteract the torque from fast twist barrels.  The forend is 3" wide and has been "railroaded" for less drag and better tracking on the bag.  The 1/2" wide rear tracking surface is made for double stitched rear bags.  A 1/2" recoil pad is standard.

Laminate Varmint Tactical (LVT)

The Sharp Shooter Laminate Varmint-Target is the solution if you need a multi-purpose stock.  The LVT features an ergonomic ambidextrous design for comfort and control, a vertical style pistol grip with palm swell and thumb ramp, and a 2-1/2 inch wide semi-flat beavertail forend that offers the perfect compromise for off-hand and bench shooting.  The parallel geometry from the forend to butt stock toe ensure consistent return to battery on bags, while the optional deep butt hook allows for better hand support when shooting with a bipod.

The basic stock does not come with the adjustable cheek piece, the accessory rail or the butt hook.  These are available as options ONLY on the LVT stock and may not be added to any other stock we offer.

Classic Varmint

Our Classic Varminter is an all-purpose target and varmint stock similar in design and style to the factory Varmint Low-Profile (VLP) stock.  It features a 2 1/2" wide beavertail forend, palm swell pistol grip and a straight comb.  Barrel channel is inlet to accept a factory varmint contour barrel (0.820" at muzzle). Monte Carlo Sporter

Our Monte Carlo Sporter is designed specifically for you devout hunters.  The standard inlet is for a factory sporter contour barrel, but the forend is wide enough to allow opening it up to accept a varmint contour barrel without leaving a sharp (easily chipped) edge on the top.  The flat-bottomed forend, near vertical pistol grip and Monte Carlo comb combine to offer a very ergonomic fit for off-hand shooting while still offering a steady platform for shooting off the bags when sighting in. Pro-Hunter

The Pro-Hunter stock is a universal design that lends itself to be versatile to both hunting and punching paper. The 2-1/4” wide low profile beavertail forearm provides a stable platform when shooting from a rest as well as filing your hand while shooting off-hand in the field. The pistol grip is more vertical than the factory version for more comfort and the toe angle is shallower for better stability when shooting off a rear bag.

Additional Information About Our Centerfire Stocks:

  • All stocks are 100% CNC inlet.
  • All stocks come finish sanded and ready for you to apply your choice of finish.
  • All stocks are available in your choice of left-hand or right hand configuration.
  • Your choice of available laminate pattern (see pattern samples on Stock Colors page).
  • Standard length-of-pull is 13-3/4".  We can also build the stock to your specified length-of-pull
    (14" or more w/o recoil pad add $15).
  • Stocks come standard with a 1/2" recoil pad unless otherwise noted.
  • Low Profile Benchrest & Dog Tracker stocks do not come standard with sling swivel studs.
  • Centerfire stocks will fit all Model 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 110, 111, 112, 114, 116, and 10ML models. 
  • Barrel channels on all target and varmint stocks are inlet for a 1-1/4" diameter barrel.
  • Be sure to specify which action length you need for proper action screw spacing.  We can also build our stocks to accept the 12 LRPV, 12 Palma, 16 Striker and 12 Target actions.
