Due to the recent amount of unsolicited work flowing into the shop we have been forced to implement the following policies.

DO NOT SHIP US YOUR PROJECT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

All inbound packages must have an Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package.  Any package received without prior authorization and/or a Authorization Number will be charged an additional $50 fee plus be subject to a 90-day grace waiting period or will simply be refused at time of delivery at our discretion.

NO DROP OFFS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

We urge our customers to email us their questions rather than calling on the phone. 
It may take us a few days to answer your questions, but they will be answered.
