Shipping Information

All Customers Please Read
For your own safety we urge all customers to only ship their firearms directly through FedEx, UPS or the USPS.  Per UPS rules, UPS franchise stores are not permitted to ship firearms under any circumstances, but some have been doing so at extremely inflated prices and claiming long guns must be shipped overnight.  Only handguns are required to be shipped overnight per BATF regulations.

If you need to send us your project and can not ship your firearm to us directly through one of the above services, please contact Lisa and she will send a Call Tag to have UPS or FedEx pick up the package at your home or business to ensure you aren't being overcharged for shipping. 

Due to the recent amount of unsolicited work flowing into the shop we have been forced to implement the following policies.

1.  DO NOT SHIP US YOUR PROJECT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
All inbound packages must have an Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside of the package.  Any package received without prior authorization and/or a Authorization Number will be charged an additional $50 fee plus be subject to a 90-day grace waiting period or will simply be refused at time of delivery at our discretion.

2.  NO DROP OFFS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.
Walk-in service is not available.  We have a standing waiting list of customers for our products and services, and bumping their project for someone who comes in the door would not be fair to them.   

3.  TELEPHONE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Unfortunately we simply do not have the time to answer everyone's technical questions over the telephone, and such calls would tie up our phone line and prevent others from being able to call in and place their orders.  As such, calls seeking technical support will only be fielded on Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 8pm (EST).

We urge our customers to email us their questions rather than calling on the phone.  It may take us a few days to answer your questions, but we will answer them as time allows.

4.  RESTOCKING FEE
Many of our products are custom built to order, including our barrels and stocks.  As such these items are
subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order is cancelled or the item is returned for a refund.
