Unfortunately we simply do not have the time to answer everyone's technical questions over the telephone, and such calls tie up our phone line and prevent others from being able to get through to place their orders. As such, calls seeking technical support will only be fielded on Thursdays and Fridays from noon to 8pm (EST).

We urge our customers to email us their questions rather than calling on the phone. It may take us a few days to answer your questions, but we will answer them as time permits.

NOTICE OF RESTOCKING FEE
Many of our products are custom built to order, including our barrels and stocks. These items are
subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order is cancelled or the item is returned for a refund.
